Terms of Service

Welcome to AlifBay Talent, an open directory by AlifBay. By browsing the directory, applying for listing, or submitting enquiries, you agree to these terms.

1. Directory Purpose

AlifBay Talent is an open discovery platform designed to connect clients and independent technology talent directly. We do not charge commission or take platform cuts on agreements formed between clients and talent.

2. Listing Guidelines

Talent submitting profiles must provide accurate information regarding their skills, experience, location, and rates. AlifBay reserves the right to review, edit formatting, or decline submissions that do not meet directory quality and trust standards.

3. Direct Agreements & Responsibility

All contracts, work scopes, payment schedules, and deliverables are agreed upon directly between the client and the talent. AlifBay Talent / AlifBay is not a party to direct agreements and is not liable for contractual disputes, work quality, or payments.

4. Respectful Communication

Clients submitting enquiries must do so in good faith for legitimate project opportunities. Harassment, spam, fraudulent solicitations, or scraping of directory information is strictly prohibited.

A limited number of enquiries may be sent free each month. Additional enquiry credits and optional profile analytics are one-time digital purchases whose price and access period are shown before checkout.

5. Modifications

We may update these terms occasionally as the platform evolves. Continued use of the directory constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
